By using our website or communicating with RestoRise, you agree to these Terms.

1. About RestoRise

RestoRise provides marketing, lead response, CRM, appointment communication, and business growth systems for restoration companies. Our services may include lead capture systems, advertisement, call tracking, appointment reminders, follow-up communication, CRM workflows, review requests, and related business communication tools.

Any paid services, guarantees, pricing, or deliverables are governed by a separate written agreement between RestoRise and the client. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that specific client relationship.

2. Website Use

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity. You also agree not to interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of our website or communication systems.

3. RestoRise SMS Notifications

RestoRise may offer SMS/text message communications under the program name RestoRise SMS Notifications.

These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, follow-up messages, onboarding reminders, customer support communication, account-related updates, and other service-related communications from RestoRise.

Agreeing to these Terms alone does not automatically enroll you in SMS messaging. SMS messaging requires separate consent, such as verbally agreeing during a phone call, or otherwise providing express permission to receive text messages from RestoRise.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from RestoRise.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with RestoRise. For example, you may receive messages related to scheduled calls, appointment reminders, onboarding, follow-up, support, or service updates.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from RestoRise and messages sent from you to RestoRise. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from RestoRise.

After you send STOP, we may send one final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from RestoRise unless you opt in again.

8. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
